Service is at the heart of what we offer our AES customers, and Manager of Technical Service, Matt Bolin, has a vision that builds on that success with more value-added services.
Matt has immediately set goals to enhance CMD service offerings to AES customers.
“It’s an important goal of mine that we enhance and add capability to our app-based, real-time predictive monitoring service,” says Matt. Currently, the status board and remote connections are used to notify technicians and customers when there is an issue with a site, or to remotely troubleshoot. Matt plans to expand that capability by adding more detail to the reporting as well as improvements that will make the app more user friendly for customers.
CMD currently offers in-house training for station maintenance and operation. “My goal is to expand the in-house training to provide more classes, and to offer customized instruction which is designed specifically for a customer’s equipment and station configuration,” says Matt. “In addition, I’d like to start offering on-site classes at customer locations, when possible, in order to help ease the financial and workforce burden some companies may experience sending people here to train.”
